I find myself leaving this review through personal experience , firstly the app is crap and very hard to navigate through .The customer service is a disgrace from not answering emails to lying ..I made a withdrawal on Saturday and yes I know usually hits your bank from other sites on a Monday latest Tuesday morning , so I waited impatiently until Wednesday still no cash in my bank contacting BudgetBet and said they overlooked it so ok waited till Thursday still not in bank so emailed again which they didn’t responded to so I sent another email…long story short it wasn’t until I threatened to get the government involved that the money was quickly deposited…I don’t trust this Kevin Wear that’s suppose to be the owner as in one of my emails I asked to talk to Kevin in which they told me there’s no Kevin that works there…very dishonest business use them at your own peril …I’ll add there was no apologies or even a real explanation on why , there’s no phone number to speak to anyone they refused to call me when asked …..
