Immediately blocked my first withdrawal for no valid reason and refuse to release it unless I give them a bank statement showing all my private transactions. I gave them one showing my details with all transactions blacked out except the deposit outgoing to them, and they refuse to accept it, clearly purposely just trying to hold onto my money for as long as possible. Oh, and I only won $10, so if they're pulling this stunt over $10 then they will definitely do it to everyone.
