Is there an option for 0 stars!? Outrageously terrible customer service. My bet return was not payed out until I had 3 live chats (gave up after waiting so long). I then called up and was on hold for 45 minutes listening to garbage music. Eventually fixed my bet return, this was honestly a chore and took far too long. Customer service is everything, never used Sportsbet after this occurrence.

Sportsbet had much greater promotions years ago before they had the largest market share. They now put emphasis into advertisement and rarely over substantial bonus bets or promotions for a long time customer like myself. Good for multi leg casual punting however the 'boosted odds' are nowhere near as enticing as some genuine promos with other companies. Still the most idiot proof app out of the biggest book makers available in Australia. Overall the Juice is still worth the squeeze.
